Adding An Email Signature - Outlook App, O365 Website, & Turbo
PinnedInwest users can create email signatures by going to this site:

Outlook App:
- Open Outlook.
- Click the New Email
button near the top left corner. - A new window will appear.
- Click the Signatures button
in the top row and choose Signatures... at the bottom. - Click the New button and type a name > Click OK.
- In the large white box under Edit Signature, insert any text or image that you'd like.
- Click Save.
- Use the drop downs for New messages and Replies/forwards to set your desired signature for each (you can create more signatures by repeating steps 5 onward).
- Click OK.
- Open a new email to see your signature attached! :-)
Outlook.com (O365):
- Click the Settings gear
near the top right corner of the page. - Search for 'signature' in the bar.
- Click 'Email signature' when it shows.
- A new window will pop up.
- Click the image icon on the far left side of the edit menu.
- Browse to your image location and double-click it to insert.
- Check the two boxes below to ensure your sig is added to new messages and replies.
- Click Save at the bottom of the window.
Turbo Mail:
- Open Turbo > Email Packager
- Click the
link in the bottom left corner of the window. - Browse to your image and double-click it to select.
- The file path for your signature should now show directly to the right of the 'Select...' link at the bottom of the window.
